My Goals:
My goal is to get fit and healthy in 2011. I will lose 33 pounds by dropping fat and gaining muscle. I will wear a size 8 again. I will participate in a 5K, and I will complete a multi-day hike.
My Program:
I am doing the C25K program. I will eat 5-6 clean plant-based meals, drink at least 8 glasses of water, and do some form of exercise every day.
Personal Information:
I am 44 years old and 5'4". I started 2010 weighing 158.5 pounds and nearly busting out of a size 12.
