I got seriously derailed from my fitness routine in 2012. It is my goal to not allow that to happen in 2013. My goal remains becoming a healthier and happier me.

My Goals:
Eat healthier by making better food choices.
Get in at least 10 minutes of exercise a day.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.


My Program:
I walk the treadmill at my gym as often as possible.
I used sparkpeople videos and dvds to strength train.
Eat as healthy as possible without feeling restricted.

Personal Information:
I live in IL near St. Louis
I work as a case manager for children in specialized foster care.
I had a heart transplant 7/2/00 (13 yrs and counting!)


Other Information:
I love to read. I enjoy coloring to relieve stress. I listen to all kinds of music.
