Thanks for checking on me Pam. I'm still plugging along but not losing any weight. Ugh. I decided I either had to exercise more or eat less so I started walking every day. You know, 2 years ago I couldn't walk without a walker so for me walking 30 - 60 minutes 7 days a week is a big deal. After around 5 months still no weight loss. So the last couple of weeks I've dropped my calories down to 1000-1200 calories a day. No weight loss. I mean I'm usually exactly the same weight every week. It's like living in friggin ground hogs day. I'm not giving up though. I keep thinking where would I be if I wasn't trying this hard? Anyway, I know I'm getting healthier.
