I saw your post in the LBF group and I have a very similar problem. I'm new to trying to find and implement coping mechanisms that don't involve binging and I very often take it out on my husband and children (my girls are 6 and 5). And I often feel very remorseful with them when I pray with them before bed. I have GOT to get a handle on myself! Hope you're having a better day! 1552 days ago

Thanks for being there for support. I've been doing a lot of reading lately and like you mentioned...I think we've messed up our metabolism by working out so much. It is just frustrating trying to figure out how to reset it so we don’t have to live at the gym 24/7 just to maintain. Sounds like we both have similar goals and hopefully with determination and support we can reach our goals without t sacrificing family time and hours at the gym!
