Making It Stick!!

Reached my goal weight of 128 lbs on March 30th, 2012!

Now working on trying to reduce my body fat % while increasing my lean muscle mass %. (Trying to keep to my present scale weight give or take a few lbs!)

My Goals:
To maintain present scale weight while reducing body fat % and increasing lean muscle mass %. Also, perfecting my macros.

My Program:
I eat an average of 1800 calories a day and work out 5 times a week. (30 min cardio intervals and 40 min weight lifting per day respectively.)

Personal Information:
Am a mother of 2 precious little ones.
Have a degree in Drama from Carson-Newman College in Tennessee.
Am originally from North Carolina, but live in Arkansas now.
Am a huge Tarheel Fan!

Other Information:
Love food, which is why I'm here - I eat too much of it!
I also am a voracious reader.

The victory is yours, if only you choose, to do what is right, so that you can lose!

Just keep moving ahead, doing things to keep you fit, not allowing distractions to keep you from it.

Don't focus on things, that will hold you back, just shove them aside, to keep you on track!

If you look back, and see what brought you down, you will find what it is, that can turn around!

Keep your heart, and mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff, that is good for your soul!

Be happy with the steps, that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps, that will pull you down out and away!

I thank you for your encouragement, it means much to me! Keep moving forward, and soon you will be free!

Hi, happy Sunday! I'm sorry I did not friend you earlier--I go through phases when I don't log in to spark much. But since it's summer I'm on more often, pushing on the exercise/eating right. Glad you're joining some of the LIL Mommies for the "basics" challenge that Christina is offering! For now you did all you could which was copy the weigh-in dates. We'll all post our initial weight on the 31st and then update each week. Christina will send us out our other "basics" to try and accomplish.
