IT'S Time......

I am a 54 year old procrastinator that has put myself behind my family, friends, and life. That all ended when I found SparkPeople. I have found somewhere to be accountable. Except for the 40+ pound weight gain over the last few decades, I am in good health. I enjoy reading about others in the same predicament as myself. I just wonder...what took us so long? I enjoy exercising after I do it.....I am waiting for the day I enjoy it before I do it......Spark People will help me with ...

My Goals:
I want to feel good. Be healthy. Put myself at the top of the list! I am retired and I want to enjoy it!

My Program:
 I am eating better as I now am mindful of everything that goes in my mouth. My portions are more in line with my goals. I WILL make sure exercise becomes a family member!

Personal Information:
I am originally from Texas where everything is bigger including the size of my waist! I learned to eat it and my favorite food is Mexican! I have two children (one boy one girl)that are finishing up their degrees. My husband and I just retired to Colorado!

Other Information:
 I love decorating, movies, organizing anything, spending time with my friends, date nights with my husband, and my children! I have been very blessed!
