Slow and Steady

I am back on the path towards a healthier life. I have an original weight loss goal to get back down to my high school weight (at which I felt overweight), but as I near that mark, it may change due to my actual body composition and health. I am slowly changing my habits, choosing the healthier, more filling foods over their sugary cohorts. I've also started looking to live more fit than fast. I am slowly changing my habits, choosing the healthier, more filling foods over their sugary cohorts. I've also started looking to live more fit than fast. I park at the back of the parking lot and walk, use stairs instead of elevators, and have scheduled my classes across campus forcing me to walk more. I've also added swimming twice a week, to boost my cardio health.

My Goals:
Just wanting to get healthy, sexy and lean. I want to avoid getting Type II Diabetes, and fit back into a size 10 from a current size 18.

My Program:
I'm focusing on tracking what I eat, and changing my diet to reduce calories. I'm also working out at least 3 times a week, although it is more like 4-5.

Personal Information:
Living in San Marcos as I finish my undergrad.

I saw your post on the "fav winter workout" board... I want a Wii Fit SOOO bad. But I don't even have a Wii, and that's the expensive part! lol. But I do want to get one, and would LOOOVE to hear more about the curcuits you do on there. Maybe until I get a Wii I can modify your program to what I DO have at home...

Hey, Girl! Are you an old Sparker getting back into the groove? I see you joined our San Marcos team. I know how hard it is to go it alone, and you don't have to! Spark has been such an amazing support to me. San Marcos team has tried to do some regular exercise activities, but we haven't managed to be very consistent. Are you interested?

Melissa is a good team leader, but we're not the best followers....
