My Goals:
My goal is to lose the 11 pounds that I have regained since turning 50 in August.

Note to self: Food is not your downfall, its the liquid...

My Program:
My current program is 45 minutes of cardio 5x a week, 15 minutes of abdominal focus 5x a week, Jillian Michael s No More Trouble Zones 3x a week, and strength training 2x a week.

I try to keep my caloric intake at the low end.
