Runner Girl!

I don't have a lot of actual weight to lose - I'm mainly working on losing some inches and getting fitter. And there are a lot of fitness goals I've set for myself that I'm going to reach. I met one today - I ran a full mile without stopping. I've signed up for several local races and I want to improve my time at each one.

My Program:
Right now I'm mostly running, trying to improve both my endurance and my speed. I'm going to start incorporating some strength training into my program - I'm really bad about that.
