Hello GROTHENBERGER,

Welcome to The Crock Pot Team! I am back on SP after a 6-week absence and am diligently working to stop by all the pages.

This month I created new recipe threads by category on the team, so please post your recipes! Please put chicken recipes and all poultry (pheasant, turkey, quail, cornish hen, duck etc) on the chicken thread, soup stews chili and chowder etc on the soup thread, beef recipes on the beef thread, and so on. There are also diabetic, kid-friendly, vegetarian, and more located in the General Discussion section on the team page. Also a Weight Watcher's thread - I stocked it with recipes out of SparkRecipes, and some of those looked really, really good.

If you need a new recipe to try from a completely different source, click on the thread called "Linked Crockpot Recipe Websites" located at the top of team page.

Please share your recipes and experience and SparkJourney Lifestyle Changes with us. And stop by the introduce yourself thread, chat thread, etc if you haven't already done so. Welcome! Carol
