My Goals:
Be able to mountaineer with my husband without feeling like I'm holding him back. Update: ACCOMPLISHED! Be able to RUN 5 miles with my corgi. Fit into my ultra low rise jeans from when i was thin, and not have a even a small roll.
My Program:
I am following the spark goals for caloric/fat/protein/carb intake via a "whole natural diet." Basically the idea of shopping around the outskirts of the store for fresh whole unprocessed foods with minimal dairy and bread. Bike/hike my ass off up the Rocky mountains, literally! Good thing they are right out my back door, ey?
Personal Information:
Born and raised in NJ (yes I sound like mobster when I get angry or tired). Living in CO for the last 6yrs. Married to a man with the patience of a saint, and a heart of gold. And Mama to literally the cutest, coolest Corgi ever created. He is the reason I get up in the morning and a most excellent walking buddy!
