I only want to do this ONCE!

After having four kids and gaining and losing around sixty pounds EACH pregnancy, I have these last pounds that have decided to call me home. Not for long... I only want to lose this weight once and get my healthy weight back for good!

I have been stuck at this plateau, 10 lbs. from my goal, for about two months now. I want to get serious and really kick butt!!!

Well, here I am trying a new tactic...I have joined the Couch to 5k group and I'm gonna do it! I am going to try running! I just seem to have lost my initial motivation and the plateau turned into a gain...YIKES!!! So I am going to try a change. Here goes!

Running?! Yeah, well that was fun while it lasted, but... We are expecting baby #5, SURPRISE!!!! It was a BIG surprise for dh and myself, but we are willing to roll with the punches. SO, I have switched back to my Leslie Sansone walking dvds and I am adding some calories to maintain (for now, then more later to gain). I am looking forward to a healthy weight gain and for the first time, regular exercise throughout this pregnancy! Here goes another exciting adventure!
