Hi,
Getting back into the swing of things . My daughter Camandmayasmom convinced me to join this site due to the great feedback and success stories. I look forward to reading some for motivation to continue on this weight loss journey. I have got to rid myself of these very unwanted and unhealthy pounds, as I get older my health gets worse if I don't lose this weight. I thank you all for any feedback and tips to help me on this journey.

So happy you stopped by to say hello. It's great to hear from you. I'm glad to hear that you are not giving up. That should be our mantra...never give up. I have given up on myself so many times but this time, I'm getting to the root of my problems and beginning to like...dare I say... love myself. It's a great feeling. As long as God is with me, I know I will succeed and the only reason He will ever leave me is I leave Him and even then, He is still with me. Take care of yourself and know, I am always praying for you.
