Thanks for the blog comment sis. I think the Starbucks reduction is definitely a part of the loss. Starbucks was a part of my free day almost since day one on this journey and I lost a lot of weight so why not try and keep it as a Saturday treat??
I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any real cravings and only thought about wanting my drink a few times during the week, nothing strong enough to even make me consider throwing in the towel.
Thanks for the blog comment sis. It has been hot, between 95 and 105 for a couple of weeks with this Wednesdays forecast set to be 107! I've been drinking a good amount of water (12 cups+) but I haven't been sleeping real well, haven't gotten 8 hours in a long time! Hopefully there is some water retention going on.
Going without Starbucks is going to be difficult but I know my family will support me and give me grief if I try and stray!
