I started SP in 2008, but didn't really do anything with it till Feb 2009. I really got down and was loosing weight and feeling better than I have in a long time. In June somethings happen and it went downhill from then.

I gained all my weight back and I feel lousy. So I am making this the year that good things happen starting with my weight and health.

I am going to make small goals, like loosing a pound or two a week instead of thinking of the 50-60 pounds I need ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get in my smaller clothes, feel healthy, and have more energy to do the things I like doing

My Program:
I eat healthy and stay within my nutrition goals. I get at least 30 mintues of exercise in 3 x week, but more when I can.

Personal Information:
I AM FROM CENERTAL PA. I have 2 lovely granddaughters ages 10 & 8. A son and daughter. My husband who is also my best friend.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading when I get the time. I love flowers but can't grow them. My husband has the green thumb. We enjoy camping .
