I have three goals. * Lose 30 more pounds * Run a 5 K race next spring * Maintain a workout schedule that includes both cardio and toning exercises
* I count calories daily, my goal is to keep the count between 1000-1200 calories a day. * I do 50-60 minutes of cardio exercises 3 days a week. * I do 30-45 minutes of of toning exercises 3 days a week. * I do 30-45 minutes of flexibility/ yoga once a week. * On the non-cardio days I include at least 15 minutes of cardio exercises
I am 66 years old. I have been bleesed to be happily married for 46 years to my wonderful husband, Kim. We have 3 delightful children and 7 perfect grandchildren. I am lucky enough to have one sister and 5 sisters-in law who are my best friends.

Hi, Susan! I haven't heard from you in a while...now that you're retired, you wonder how you ever had time to work, Right? I took a grand tour of all my relatives in July, and went as far as the Blackhills and Montana, then in October, I went to visit friends in South Carolina. Next week I'm going to Phoenix for an antique show and to enjoy the holiday decorations in Glendale. I am lucky to have friends all over the country!
