My Goals:
I will live healthier.

I will log daily in Spark Nutrition Tracker.

I will log daily all fitness activities and time under edit for training and fitness minutes for other fitness activities.

I will drink more water.

I will exercise 6-7 days per week with or without a trainer running, strength, and core training.

I will run at least 2 times per week either a fast 5K time or for 1 hour.

I will lose 20 pounds total by the end of 2009 (Accomplished November, 2009)

I will lose 30 pounds total in January. (Accomplished January, 2010)

Goal: I will lose to 195 pounds by the middle of February, 2010) (Accomplished March, 2010)

New Goal: I will lose 40 pounds no later than the end of March, 2010.

I will accept the reality that it may take until September, 2010 to lose all my weight in one year or even longer if need be.

I am on a life-long journey, not a sprint.

My Program:
Pray

Read Daily Devotions

Journal food daily

Exercise 6-7 days each week with or without a trainer

Connect with others

Give up Mountain Dew (Mountain Dew FREE for Six Months and counting!)

Drink more water!
(Accomplishing more water intake!)

Change my attitude toward food. Food is not my enemy. Food is necessary, enjoyable, and can help me be strong.

I was born and have lived in East Tennessee all my life.

I am a Christian.

I have a loving husband and children.

I love to travel.

I love to teach children.

I love to learn new things.

I enjoy watching NCIS.

My favorite movie is Forrest Gump.

My second favorite movie is Facing the Giants.

My favorite music is Contemporary Christian.

I like listening to my iPod with Christian Rock music when I run to keep a lively pace.

I love the home I live in and the blessings that I have been given.
