I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

I want to swim in the ocean and participate in water related activities.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

Hi, Goriana - I'm from LA County-Inglewood. Like Grltaz, I,too, am afraid of the water--got caught in a rip tide in Redondo--now I'm afraid of bathing suits.
Good Luck with this Challenge--Go Dodgers! (but I'm a 9ers fan until they can lure a team to LA.)
