I am a 58 year old who has had weight issues for most of my life (actually Mom used to say I was the cutest little butterball - so I would say all my life) I have had some successes, but they were temporary.
This time I hope to make it a lifestyle, to overcome the momentary failures, and keep moving forward - as I read here two steps forward and one step back is still forward motion, as long as you don't give up!

I want to become a strong, healthy old lady, who still acts like she's 30!

Up late....My little goofygirl!! Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the goodies you sent and that you cared enough to check on me. After my mother died, I was busy taking care of my dad and rest of the family and just couldn't get back in the spark thing. It's a very busy month but I hope to get back to it in Jan. Hope you and yours have a lovely holiday season and know that I'm thinking of you!

I saw an activity award show up in the friend feed for you, and realized you are active again. That's awesome.
I hope you are doing well.
I am active again, and doing pretty good on my progress. Down 30 lbs since June, and feeling really good about life.
I hope we can re-connect like we did, and pick up and walk together towards health.

Hi Judy ~ Just stopping by for a friendly "hello." Hope all is going well with you. Can't believe June is nearly done already. Spring finally arrived in WI about two weeks ago and now we've headed right into summer with the hot/muggy stuff. Sheesh! Hope you're enjoying your summer!
