If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up

I found this quote on the Healthy Inspiration page of Sparkpeople. From my comments below, I think it's the best advice for me.

I've gotten off track for a while and forgotten my number one rule, to keep moving forward. I've forgotten that if you sit still, the pounds will come rolling back in and take over, robbing you of energy, self-esteem and think ability.

I've started my weight-loss yet again to create a new me. I'm taking very small steps this time, letting each one become a habit. This time I will take a different approach. I'm not hitting the ground running like before. All I did was burn myself out and accomplished absolutely nothing. Now, I'm all about being the Slowest Loser.

Goals for December:

1.) I have committed to walking a minimum of 4 miles daily.

2.) Loosing 2% of my body fat.

3.) Eating Clean

4.) No eating after 8pm.

5.) Getting to bed by 10pm.

6.) Using my nutrition tracker each daily and staying within my calorie goals for each day.

7.) Reducing fat and sodium in my diet.

8.) Eating more fruits and veggies.
