So Many Inches To Lose
Must get weight under control and improve my health! I was doing very well following the SB diet. During a trip to visit friends in Florida last April I just totally lost control. Started eating goodies and not keeping a journal. I bought the Wii Fit and d0 that three days a week, I saw today that they have a new workout coach game to go with the Wii system, which looks a little better. Love the workouts, but find it takes too much time in between moves. ...

Started eating goodies and not keeping a journal. I bought the Wii Fit and d0 that three days a week, I saw today that they have a new workout coach game to go with the Wii system, which looks a little better. Love the workouts, but find it takes too much time in between moves. I bought the new Wii "My Fitness Coach" the first of the year and absolutely love it! It's a fast paced workout that moves from one routine to another. I haven't lost weight, in fact I've gained weight since I started, but I can feel the muscles aching in my mid-section and that's a good thing! I plan to keep it up three days a week and see how I do in a couple months by taking my measurements. I'm hoping to find friendly people and some good tips to keep me motivated here on SP. .

My Goals:
To lose 24 pounds to get my BMI to a healthy level! Lose inches off my waist and get rid of the muffin top! Also want to get rid of the back fat! I need make healthy eating a way of life and not just a temporary phase.
My Program:
Monday and Wednesday's 1 hour Aerobics and 1 hour strength training. Tuesday's and Thursday's 1 hour or more of cardio workout with Wii My Fitness Coach Friday's 1 hr plus cardio/strength Wii My Fitness Coach. My goal is 90 mins a day, but sometimes life gets in the way!nn
Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful man, who is so good to me! I have two kids, boy 22 and girl 20 from a previous marriage. Living in S.E. Wisconsin
Other Information:
OK, I like to golf! I'm not that good at it, but I enjoy getting out in the fresh air and smacking that little ball! I also have met a lot of nice people.
