This Year I will reach my goal weight!!!! I have made improvements since I first joined but am still a work in progress. Appreciate the support and information in Spark. Woohoo its May and the first day is wonderful, warm and sunny. I really like the idea of making small goals and then reaching them with a non food reward (before spark my reward would be a hugely caloric surgery food) - now I make other rewards (see improvement lol).. My goal for May is ...

My Goals:
Want to do 3 strength training sessions per week and 2 cardio.
My Program:
I use workout videos - will be using the Spark beginner strength training tips and exercises. Going to move as much as I can and track for the next 5 months as consistently as possible.
Personal Information:
I am learning so much more about myself and what I want. This year will be exciting.
Other Information:
I love to read and play golf. I have been saying this to myself every day. "One day at a time - I can achieve my goals and I will be the weight I want to be!"
