I am updating my profile for the first time since I set up my profile page 2 years ago I thought it was more like 3 years ago but I said I was 56 and now I am 58. I have lost 40 lbs 20 since thanksgiving last year when I decided to try Atkins again. I have had several health issues that have affected my journey to a healthier me. Having resolved or managed them successfully I am happy to say I am making progress. My shirt in the photo is a little loose. Feels like progress!!

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share to prevent diabeties, hypertension, and heart disease all of which I am genetically prone to. More energy, stamina and a waist line would be nice too.
My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I am taking advantage of this web site as much as I can. I have cut out red meat and added as many fruits and vegetables as I can. Exercise is getting easier and more consistant. I use Leslie Sanson's walk a mile
