I also recently have been diagnosed rheumatoid, osteo and psoriatic arthritis along with firbomyalgia. I also have depression and post traumatic stress syndrome. With all of this being said I have a very hard time with working out and what I can do without putting so much stress on my body. I am looking for motivation and accountability.

Hi :) I searched Psoriatic arthritis and saw that you were also a Christian... kindrid spiritis :)

Im also a Christian, i am 25 and I have recently been diagnosed wih ezcema induced psoriasis (which I thought was just eczema), he then told me that I have a strong chance of getting psoriatic arthritis, which is highly likely, considering my aunty has it and its genetic..... so here I am :)

Im ok at the moment, but I find a I get sore joints in Autumn (fall) when it gets cooler. So Spring is a good time of year for my joints. Anyway wanted to introduce myself.

I read your page and i want to suggest doing water exercises in a pool. Doing exercises in the water will help your body workout without the added stress on your body. Welcome to Can't do this on my own. I hope to get to know you better. I encourage you to watch my video blogs which covers the Spark Diet. You have to look back to find them all, the first on was done in Aug. '11. You CAN do this!

Hi and welcome to the Girls of God with 100+ pounds to lose team.
We are all faced with health issues, now or in the future if we don't get a grasp on the present. I am having my health changed through my recent cancer surgery.
I am glad you have chosen to change on your own. Yes, it will be harder while you are on those meds, but hang in there, you can change it. Perhaps while you exercise you will gain more strength so your diseases do not overtake you. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
