My Goals:

2. Follow 40 minute exercise DVD 2-3 times a week or go to the gym.
3. Stay within my calorie range.

I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now.
I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker.
I log into Spark every day.

Love your pictures!! You and your daughter are beautiful!!
We had a very nice time Sunday and several comments were made about our bringing in the foods.
Mom is doing well but won't be out of the rehab center for a while. Next Dr. visit is the end of May as we hope to have xrays done to see if there is progress with bone healing. I do have several questions to ask so hope we don't have to miss this appt. as we did the last.
Thank you so much for the Goodie and note!! Have a wonderful week. Ours is going to be rather stormy starting tonight.

Hiya Marianne!
Today has been A-okay!!! Thanks GF for checking up on me! My DH made two miles walking two days in a row. He has A-fib and his heart doctor gave him a go ahead last week to keep going! We want to make walking three miles, but where we walk has a big hill so here's to trying!
