3. Stay within my calorie range
4. 30 minutes daily exercise, whether it is cardio, ST, yoga or other stretching or balance activity.

My Goals:
1. Walk 30 minutes a day.
2. Follow 40 minute exercise DVD 2-3 times a week or go to the gym.
3. Stay within my calorie range.
4. Exercise my brain!

My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now.
I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker.
I log into Spark every day.

I envy you all the traveling. Our travels seem to be slowing down. I'm so proud of you reaching your goals. Now I realize maintaining can be difficult as well but I believe you are better prepared this time around.

Today we are apple picking and then Terry from New Jersey will be here, not staying long this time but now I am driving the RV I hope to go over to NY state. We have to give up the RV for winter, I would love to go but DH is a home body these days.
