My Goals:
1. Walk 30 minutes a day.
2. Follow 40 minute exercise DVD 2-3 times a week or go to the gym.
3. Stay within my calorie range.
4. Exercise my brain!

My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now.
I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker.
I log into Spark every day.

Avid reader, especially mysteries and non-fiction history. However, I'm doing less reading and more moving now!

HI how do you join the camp wanna be fit!!?? sounds like a good fit for me as I have done well with the 100 day challenge, think cos I can choose what I want to do rather than a lot of things I can't fit in or want to do like some of the teams...

Thanks for the goodie. I'm sorry you're not feeling at home yet. I think the move from small town to big city is probably than going the other direction. We don't really live in a big city, 35,000, but much bigger than Willits was. I don't miss it at all and I don't think Rod does either which is pretty surprising because he lived there for over 40 years. We both love our new home and new location. If you're ever up this way you should come for a visit, I'd love to meet you. Keep in touch, I'll still answer emails and drop in to say "Hi" to my teams from time to time but have already received a message saying I'm being dropped from Camp Wannabefit because they can't keep me if I'm not participating and gaining points. They told me how to contact them when I want to come back though.
