One Day at a Time
Sparks is a fun way to gradually change my lifestyle. I enjoy setting my own goals, being a part of team challenges, and sharing support with others on a similar journey. My current goals include: - exercise at least 5-10 minutes every morning and every evening - establish a good habit of movement - drink at least 8 glasses of water each day - spend time with God every day for support and encouragement *hugs*

Originally from Wisconsin, my home has been in Colorado now for 20 years and I love it! My two beautiful children, who turned 17 and 12 this fall, are an inspiration to me every day!
