Time for a Healthier Me!

I joined Spark People 8 years ago. This last year I was able to maintain my 15 lbs loss, but still have trouble breaking through the plateau. This year I have a plan and a drive to succeed. It's time to push a little harder and break through this plateau and reach my ultimate goal of hitting a healthy BMI. Wish me luck!!

I have a BA in History from University of Baltimore!
I retired from the MD Army National Guard in 2011.
I work during the Tax Season for H&R Block.

I'm a music-a-holic. I love music, reading, traveling, scrapbooking, history, and kicking back and enjoying life!!

I was away all weekend and just updated the Nutrition & ST points for Week 3 on the ONTS. You can do the belts now if you like. Sorry for the delay.

So excited to be a Ninja this round with you! I love the 4 generation pic of your family. My grandson had 5 generations when he was born(Mom's dad, Mom's Mom, and Dad's Mom) sadly only Mom's Mom is left but we got those pictures which is awesome! emoticon
