    Try again

It is a new way to get your BMI

It looks interesting as it gives you a number which is low to high.

    Mine we 54 to 73

There is a link to a site lower down which I have not had time to read

Really it all comes down to which is fat and which is muscle

I hope you can get the link to work this time if not I will email it to you

I think your comment is quite right. I think we worry far too much about BMI as it has (at least over here) been drummed into us that there is a range that we should be in.

I am not going to worry about mine anymore and expect my weight to go up. I have an app on my phone that keep bugging me for updates of my BMI, it is going to be deleted.

Thanks for your comment on my blog.

You can only give it a try. As I said I came to this by accident but I am glad I did.

    Good luck

My first Fitbit was always clipped to my bra..one of their suggestions. I don't like having a battery close to my skin and now the recommendations are a bit different. With this one, I threaded a ribbon through the clip and use a safety pin to pin the Fitbit to my clothing ...I can put it almost anywhere. In my work clothes, I have pockets, so the fitbit rides in a pocket as I mow or walk. If no pocket, it may be clipped to the neckline of whatever I am wearing. I never use the wrist thing they included for sleep. Again, pockets in my nightgown have solved that though for a very long time I pinned it in various places...before I discovered the pockets!

I try to never put it in exactly the same place...though it IS in my pocket by my hip a lot....and I don't put the fitbit against my skin. Hope that answers your questions. It is triggered to count steps by an up/down motion.

Thanks for the SparkGoodie...sweet of you. Yes, my sandals are getting quite a workout..I wear SAS and will soon need new ones. My mowing shoes..also SAS...are already worn out, but still going. Feet don't hurt.
