My Goals:
1. Exercise for 40 minutes 3-4 times every week. 2. Lose the last 5 pounds to reach my goal 3. Eat under 1300 nutritional calories each day. 4. Drink 8 cups of water everyday. I CAN do this!

Sparkpeople, of course; SparkCoach, nutrition tracker, community, and recipes, complete my 10K training, run a 10k, and begin training for a Half marathon.
Personal Information:
I am from North Carolina, the mother of 2 beautiful grown and married daughters, wife, and a grandma (Gigi) to my grandson and sunshine! I have a new granddaughter expected in April. I am a Christian woman and I love the Lord Jesus. I try to live my life according to Christian values best I can.
Other Information:
I like to take things one day at a time. I love to sing, play piano, and write music. I like scrap booking and spending time with my grandson. I go out on a date with my husband every Friday night. I love serving my others.
