Thank you very much for the support! I started back to the gym yesterday and I feel great! Kickboxing is my most favorite thing... I think I would do it even if it didn't burn calories! LOL!
I also changed my goal weight... I think I was afraid of failure, so I picked a safe number. But why not go for the gusto? 154 lbs is where my BMI become normal.... so I'm going for it, minus a pound for good luck! Hee hee!
