I'm a stay-at-home grandma of 3. I have stayed at home for all 4 children and all 8 grandchildren. Five of them are in school now. I'm fairly inactive and am trying to walk each day.
My husband and I have an RV and love to go to Carmel, Monterey, Shaver Lake, and San Diego in California. We like going to Reno/Tahoe and Las Vegas in Nevada.

My Goals:
Mygoal is to be healthier by eating properly, exercising every day, and changing my mindset.

My Program:
I am following the Spark Food Plan, walking every day, strength training three days a week, and reading something motivational every day. I am also drinking more than 8 glasses of water daily.

Personal Information:
I am 63 years old and have been married for 43 years. We have 2 girls, 2 boys, and 7 grandchildren. I have always stayed at home with my children and grandchildren. I still watch three grandchildren, a two year old and 1 year old. I also watch one after school who is 12. I live in Fresno, CA, in the central valley, which is a farm valley and grape valley. I think we produce over half of the US's produce.

Other Information:
I'm not into movies, music, or television. I love reading and cooking. Some of my favorite authors are Dean Koontz, Nora Loft, Jacquelyn Suzanne, Michael Connelly, Clive Cussler, Catherine Coulter, Jeffery Deaver, and many others. I love cooking everything and adding new spices into my cooking. I love all nationality of foods. We travel a lot in our RV to the Pacific Coast, San Diego, and Nevada: Las Vegas and Reno/Lake Tahoe. We also have a cabin at Shaver Lake and spend a lot of weekends and holidays there.
