My Goals:
My short term goal is eating healthy(Take-out and microwave junkie), working out regularly(Desk chair warrior), and to stop drinking pop (Caffeine addict). My midterm goal is losing weight to get back to where I once was and for the first time in my life actually be in shape. My long term goal is to run in a 5k run in July, 7 months away from my start.

My Program:
I am eating healthy, using cookbooks by Rocco Dispirito, and following videos on the site as well as going to the gym for the treadmill.
