Finding myself again, and loving it
After many years of gaining and losing, I am looking for a new way to get healthy and keep the weight off. I have lost and re-gained 20-30 lbs a least 8 times. I'm looking for support, encouragement, and friends.

My Goals:
I want to lose the weight for the very last time. I am tired of the feast or famine yo-yo that I have been living. I want to make healthy lifestyle changes that I will maintain for the rest of my life.
My Program:
I joined the 5% Winter challenge. I commit to going to the gym for 1 hour three times a week and getting at least 15 minutes the other days.
Personal Information:
I live in Northern California and enjoy being 2 hours away from the ocean or mountains.
