My Goals:
I am going to make this last half of this year a life changer. I did my own thing the first 6 months this last 6 months I am going to follow Coach Nicole and see if something breaks loose.

My Program:
 I am going to start school this fall to become a drug counsler. I am looking for a job working nights exercise time is going to be hard to squeeze in

Thanks for the hat and scarf - might need them around Thanksgiving! LOL! Hope your classes are fun and that you're liking the field.... Have a great week and weekend. I'm volunteering at the Ar-BOO-retum Saturday - should be fun with the Pumpkin Patch and little kids.

Thanks for the hot chocolate. I could use it on this cold wet day! A personal trainer is a great idea. What could be better than helping others with their fitness goals. =)

Hi Guy! Thanks for the life preserver! Things are getting tough ~ I have really stepped up my workouts and have finally been able to drop some pounds. I joined the Biggest Loser Challenge and it is tough! Everyday has some new physical challenge - like boot camp - but it's very good and structured for me.

How are you? I hope things are falling into place and not so hectic.
