Losing for Good

I've come a long way since starting back on my weight loss journey in July 08. I've lost over 40 pounds and am close to goal now. It hasn't been easy, but SP has helped me realize all the areas that needed more work such as increasing my protein intake, decreasing cholesterol intake, etc. The support and challenges on the message boards have kept me motivated over the months.

My Goals:
Continue exercising at least 4-5 times a week doing cardio with 2-3 x per week of weight training.
Reaching my WW goal 132 would be great, however long it takes. Maintain this weight or continue to lose.

My Program:
I'm following WW points, tracking calories, fat, protein and fiber. Controlling portion size is something I'm working hard on so that when I don't have all my resources available I can still deal with difficult situations.

Hey, don't worry about taking so long to respond to my post; it sometimes takes me awhile too. I used to go to the WW on Haven, but my work started a group, so now I go there. I used to weight in first thing Saturday morning, but now I'm weighing in Monday afternoon and it has been a lot harder to show a loss right after the weekend!
