My Goals:
I want to get my blood pressure down to needed no meds.
I want to be able to ride a bike with my family.
I want my Mom to be proud of me for sticking to this. (She has since passed away from cancer and the last time I saw her she said she was very proud of me for doing this and to keep it up

My Program:
I want to firm up this flabby body. Strengthen my balance too.

Personal Information:
I am married to the same wonderful guy for 30 yrs. We have 4 beautiful daughters, We had a son who died at 6 from birth problems. We have lived in the same home in ohio since we have been married. Both my husband and I came from broken homes, so we made the decision, come hell or high water we would make this work. We have! Even if he is a skinny little buttnick! LOL

Other Information:
My job has changed this year. I am now in prepared foods which is even worse than the deli. I fry chicken and cook and clean and it is even harder. Only good thing is the hours are consistant. Either I work 7-2 or 2-9. It is a job and jobs are scarce around here. So no more complaining . I would love to quit and move to our trailer but not in the near future. We have twins going to college! Yikes!

thats what i plan on doing..one of the breaks i consider lunch..but maybe thats my problem. I should figure a lunch then break it down in half and eat half each break. what do u think about that? because my job is so physically demanding it seems like im always craving protein. emoticon

Gardee, how taking fresh veggies to nibble on for those breaks---that and fruit and yogurt if you like that combo. Hope this idea helps.
