Garrett's Great Weight Loss Plan

I am pretty fit - don't really care about BMI - want to weigh around 220 first - then go from there. I originally started out at 293 in January of 2006. I have been as low as 238 - but have bounced back up to 261 - I need to break that 250 plateau!
