Thanks for the comment on my blog! I'm not much of a runner, but can walk a 5k. I feel so good about that! Good luck to you on the Couch to 5k program. It's a good one! I was able to do a slow job for 5 minutes when I took a 5k class last summer. That was huge for me. But then I got bursitis/tendonitis in my shoulder and the doc said to quit jogging for a while due to the jarring! Who'd think you could injure a shoulder while jogging? I was more concerned about my knees and hips! LOL
