Thanks for your comments on my blog "I'm Only Human" and I, too, will be so glad to be returning home on Thursday, just one more full day to go and I will be in the air! WooHoo!

I am also appreciative of the fact that you do stop by the SparkArizona team now and then, I'm trying really hard to get the members active again, it is sad to think we have a membership of over 103,000 and probably 20 to 25 people are truly active on the team.

I eat mostly salads, grains, and fruits.. I stay full and don't seem to get hungry unless I start eating carbs with processed sugar

I am not too happy with my Fit Bit. I don't like the wrist tracker, and I don't like how active minutes are tracked either. For now I'll keep using it but I am watching for something more suitable.

Thank you for commenting on my blog! It's amazing how something that we consider part of our plan, when thrown off, can mess up our whole mindset. Honestly, that was probably a mistake that Spark has since fixed, In their defense I will say that they have changed things as they've found out stuff isn't what people need.

At any rate, I am so very glad you are back on track! :-)
