My Goals:
Strength exercises at least 10 minutes per day. Cardio exercises 20 minutes five days a week. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Eat 3 servings of good carbs per day. Make my lunch to take to work.
My Program:
I'm trying to have healthy foods on the shelves and in the refrigerator. I try to spend most of my time in the grocery store on the edges of the store, dairy, meat and produce departments with most of that time buying fresh fruits and vegetables. Daily exercise is a big goal for me. It's easy for me to be a slug but my slug days are over.
Personal Information:
I live and work in the Treasure Valley of Idaho.
Other Information:
I have to admit it, I'm a closet foodie. It's important to me to eat things that taste good and I want to know what is in the food we eat so I cook from scratch when ever possible. I'm always on he lookout for yummy new recipes.
