Thanks for the friend add Jenna and the hills weren't too bad for me on the marathon as I had been training pretty much in the same terrain and of course...walking up 'em is a whole lot easier then running! ;o)
Thanks for the advice on my blog. I think I am going to get into pilates, I've heard such good things. And you have a really good point regarding stretching. I do feel a little less bulky when I stress out those muscles. Thanks! 2741 days ago

Yes I am still trying! The exercise is getting easier but the computer time has cut way back so a lot of things are not getting logged! I am trying to log most of the exercise but food tracking has moved down the list of priorities. I hope to get back to it before long. The good news is the scale is still moving in the right direction, slowly but it is moving!!
