My goal is to lose at least 40-50 pounds within the next 6 months. Also, I would like to lower my blood pressure. Right now it is at a normal range but, it could be better.
Fall 5% Challenge 1. I will try to exercise at least 4 days a week for 30 mins. 2. I will follow the sparkplan, track daily calories, and try to increase fruits and veggies. 3. I will try to check in with the team as much as possible when time permits. Also, I will try to post to discussion boards and blogs as much as possible. 3.
Exercise at least 4 days a week and follow the heart health program on Spark.
