On the path to Recovery...
I was absent from SP for a whole year. I started with me going away for back surgery (March '11) and the recovery, ups & downs and overall life took over. I have just returned to work (March '12) after spending a month in a Rehabilitation centre completing a Chronic Pain Program (which I would highly recommend to anyone living with chronic pain!). I have also lost over 15 pounds since the fall doing the Body by Vi 90-day challenge. Feel free to contact me if you would like ...
Feel free to contact me if you would like to hear more about it. I did this not counting calories, not exercising and without changing my eating habits. I just didn't have the willpower at that point. I am now starting a new 90-day challenge as of March 17th 2012 where I will continue to take my supplements, but will add some light exercise (following a plan safe for my back) and I will enter the foods I eat periodically to be able to see what I eat and hold myself accountable. I will not focus as much on calories and more on nutrition. I hope that I will find old friends succeeding. Feel free to contact me for some extra motivation, nutrition or fitness tips (I have completed many courses and seminars on the subjects pre-injury). I love helping others!!
