Never Give Up and Cultivate Happiness

I want to look good in my clothes again and have that healthy active lifestyle I used to. When I finally achieved my weightloss and exercise goals before I never imagined that I would be back in a sedentary, weight gain state of being. I feel so betrayed by myself, but know I can do this and reach my goal.

I say out loud three good things that happened during the day just before I go to bed at night as my happiness exercise.

My Program:
I am very surprised that I am able to keep my daily tracking which is an important goal of mine. I am on a trip right now and I am still tracking, even though its a bit hard to keep the portion and calorie control goals I set. But I am happy that I am staying committed and its good to know what my limits are. Sparkpeople really keeps me connected to my goals. So happy I found this site. Weigh in on Saturday.

Other Information:
I am very pleased with the positve direction of my weight loss-slow and steady- and fitness plan--staying true to my goals of at leat 90 minutes per week. I have tendency to downplay the good things I am doing, but this time I am not going to sabotage myself with negative self talk. I am proud of my accomplishments.

I am the Queen of procrastination! I definitely have to battle with that. The funny thing is, once I'm moving, I love it. It's the getting started that has always been the challenge. Good luck and let me know when that plateau is busted!
