Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Log my foods daily
Exercise at least 20 minutes per day (dr's advice)
Eat my fruits and vegatables (5 serving per day)

I am on a low carbohydrate, high fiber meal plan, I am not going to call it a diet because this is a lifestyle change.

In my spear time, i like to read and my favorite author is John Grisham, my favorite foods are Pizza and Mexican foods, I also like to Knit and Crochet. My husband and I also have a garden that we farm year round.

I'm visiting your page as part of SEALS minichallenge....this is fun. I'm somewhat envious that you and your husband can garden year round, having just shoveled the driveway for the second time today....my garden sits on the farside of the driveway under a solid bed of snow...spring will come. Enjoyed looking at your pictures....you have a beautiful family. Your pictures truly show just how well you have been doing on this weight loss/healthy living journey...I hope periodically you take a good look at just how well you're doing. emoticon
