My Goals:
I am determined to become the fun, energetic person that I used to be!

My Program:
I am changing my eating habits to be a LOT healthier, along with strength and cardio workouts.
My cardio is not your typical workout.. but I think it has great potential! Feel welcome to try it out! It goes something like this:

Day 1: Walk 10 minutes, jog 1 minute, walk 10 minutes.

Day 2: Walk 9 minutes, jog 2 minutes, walk 10 minutes.

And so on and so forth. I plan on always walking 5 minutes to start and 10 to end, so however many minutes I can run in between there will determine how long I go each day. I know I will max out somewhere, but at least I will do it without pushing myself too hard at first and then quitting when I'm too sore to move!

Personal Information:
My name is Jaclyn, and I am from good ole Wisconsin. (No, I don't have the funny accent.. it's just a myth!) I recently moved from Madison to a small farming community with my fiancee, which also happens to be where he grew up. I have 2 dogs, Zoe (she's a miniature Daschund, and she's the sweetest (but most spoiled) thing ever) and Barry (he's a Coon Hound/Black Lab mix, and he's a BIG lover)! I also have a cat, Todd, who is without a doubt the funniest cat in the world. I love them all to death!

Anyway I wanted to visit your page. I am in love with your walk 10 run 1 goal. I think I could actually do that! And build as I go! Thanks.. I'm going to try that..

FYI: I'm originally from Michigan's UP, where we do have that accent. But I've been away long enough you can't tell unless I've been drinking. And now that I'm loosing I'm not drinking.

I love Wisconsin, you walk down the street and it's bar, church, bar, church and so on. I used to party in Madison in my younger days. (Ex husband's family lives in Watertown)
