I'm a 23 year old mom of two, ready to get back my body that I once had. With my second child I got up to 200 pounds on my 5'5 frame , and now i'm considered obess. I want to be skinny but most important i want to be healthy, so i'm around a long time for my kids. I'm so ready for a new life and to actually feel good about who I am inside and out. This is going to be the year I reach all my goals, I just Know I can do it, Now that I have this great website and the support of all you out there, aiming for the same thing. Its nice to know we are not alone on this journey.
I want to start portion control and to add more veggies and fruits to my diet( aka lifestyle) I hate the word diet.
For the year 2010, I want that flat stomach that i've always dreampt about. This is my goal and I'm ready to conquer it like never before. Also, want to be a better Mother and Spouse.
I'm following the food pyramid to help me with portion control and to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients my body needs. For the activity part, I'm getting up at six am to work out on my total gym for an hour and then go for a 1 to 2 hr walk/Jog, just about every day. If I don't do both, I at least do one every single day.

I enjoy reading love stories and fiction books. I also enjoy scrapbooking and dancing. I want to take up Tennis this summer and see how I like that, it sounds fun. Still have yet to pick up Tennis(Maybe summer of 2010 will be the year).
