June 3/10 I stopped putting milk in my coffee. Before this I was stuck at 259.8 for over 3 weeks. It been 13 days and all ready I dropped to 252.6 amazing. I truly wonder how many calories I was using without counting. I was deceived...

Drinking my coffee black is really not too bad. I'm just thankful the scale is moving down. I have been trying to stay away from bread not doing so good at this one. I will update again soon
