My name is Rachel and I am a mother to 3 beautiful little girls. I gave birth to my third daughter in June,2008 and have lost most of the weight since then. I am stuck and sliding backwords at the moment. was 282lbs last july, I am not 215lb. I lost most of this weight on my own, and now I am so glad I found spark people to help me along.
Today is 2/5/09 I am no longer holding or sliding backwards.

I follow the weight watchers points system. I really love it. I can eat what i want and still loose my weight provided I stay with-in my points.
