Well, it is time to change around some goals - they were out of date...

Mini-goal#1: lose 3 lbs per month - come on, you can do this!

Generally, I need to up my exercise... I love zumba, but "life" gets in the way of my classes. I need to find another choice to fit in for more consistency.

Things are great! Really joyful and peaceful. Right now, I'm just beginning to work on my thesis research and get serious about my health and fitness. I'm also not that great at tracking my food. I'm going to try to start but it seems tedious sometimes. I'm thinking of maybe tracking some of the food the night before. That would be even better so then I can see how much I'm planning to eat!
